Q: What is the best thing you spend money on to help your career?

A: Headshots. They are hugely important. It looks the most like who you are. Try to have it be something interesting.

Q: What is you look for in a headshot?

A: That it looks EXACTLY like the person. I like the composite shots. One sheet of paper with four views on it.

Q: Is there anything in particular that you would notice as to what makes a good headshot?

A: It should look like you. I'm pretty good looking at photos and saying, "Wow, this person looks interesting." I've got to start with a headshot. When you walk throught the door, I'll know if you have a good body or not.

Q: What is it you look for in a headshot?

A: The eyes must grab me when I look at it. After the eyes I go to the rest of the picture. I know now color is a big thing, but it doesn't matter to me, color or B&W
